Generally a great hardware. They actually have a nut/bolt/screw department - which is an amazing thing for we 'do it yourself ' people. Prices are a little high, but it's a very convenient store!

Weird staff. Lady followed me down an aisle , asked if I needed anything, and then proceeded to tell me she had to take my backpack because they'd lost too many items. Implying that I was going to steal. Absolute textbook boneheaded high school dropouts working here. I workout at 24 Hour Fitness and have a bag sometimes. I don't see Karen chasing down other Karens in there with their purses. If I wanted to steal, I'd clear out more than a little backpacks worth of stuff. Awful service. I hope you do get robbed. Also, the store manager is lazy and just stood there watching it all. Awful service.

This is a review of their service center. They've been repairing my lawn mower for 3 months, every time I call I get the same response, "It will be ready tomorrow, it's in the shop, we will call you when it's ready". Come on. Generally speaking I prefer Ace to other big box hardware stores.

Incredible customer service and selection! An employee went out to my truck 5 times to test nuts that I didn’t know the size but couldn’t get off. We finally got it sorted and it kept me on the road!

Went in to get a key copied and the associate at the service desk, Mark, COMPLETELY IGNORED me. 3 other customers came and went and he helped them, while I was standing right there. No eye contact, no words, no recognition of my existence. Another employee entered the service area and he too COMPLETELY IGNORED me. I left and will NOT return. This is a master class on how to loose business. I have never experienced anything like this. Other reviewers have indicated similar treatment. This cannot even be called poor customer service as you must first be recognized as a customer, not an invisible ghost.
